Today we released our new Reporting System, with great new features and flexibility designed to make reports much easier and more beneficial to you and your business. To access the new reporting system, simply select the Reports Tab on the top menu bar of Towbook and begin to explore all the great new reporting capabilities.
Highlights:
New Report Filtering for items like Reason Codes, Date Ranges, Dispatcher, Truck, Driver and Account allows users to configure just about any report they can imagine.
Configurable Graphing for most reports allows users to specify and configure charts and graphs for key reports. See the example below of the new graph for the Call Analysis Report.
Automatic generation of key Business Meterics and performance data that display on each report. See the example below of the key business metrics for the Call Analysis Report.
