We’re excited to announce that we have added VIN decoding to Towbook.
Now, whenever you enter in a valid 17-digit VIN, the Year, Make, and Model will be filled in automatically. This not only improves efficiency when entering calls by eliminating the need to choose those fields manually but it also helps ensure the correct VIN number is being entered with the call and that the correct make and model is always entered.
This update is available to all of our customers immediately. To try it out, simply create a new call and fill out the VIN field with a valid VIN and the Year, Make and Model fields will update automatically.
