Because it runs in real-time, our new dispatching system makes updates instantly visible to all of your Towbook users, including everyone in your company using the Towbook mobile apps.
The new home page for dispatching is designed so you can view all of your calls on one side of the screen while you view or edit the details of a specific call on the other side of the page. Plus, when you have more than one vehicle on a call, we’ve made it simple to add multiple vehicles on a single dispatch, simply click a button to add another vehicle.
We also made it easy to add more than one driver or multiple trucks for a call, simply click the button to add another Truck and Driver. If you often have repeat calls from an account that are very similar, you can duplicate calls in the new dispatching system, saving time for your dispatchers by quickly creating a call with much of the detail already added.
If you use QuickBooks for your business, all you have to do is click a button and you can send an invoice straight to your QuickBooks account with our new QuickBooks connector.
