Today’s release includes big improvements to Towbook’s user interface for Settings.
We updated the user interface for the Settings area of Towbook. Our top priority with this update is making Towbook easier for our customers to manage their company while making it even more powerful. When you login and visit the Settings section of Towbook, you’ll see an updated user interface throughout all of it.
First off, we’ve combined management of all service rates/pricing into one section so everything can be managed through one simple page; eliminating the need to go to each individual account to set pricing for each service. Now, you can do it all directly from Settings.
We’ve also introduced a settings dashboard that reminds you when the system notices you haven’t taken advantage of an included feature that can help you better utilize Towbook, such as when you haven’t setup any trucks or created users for your employees. In the coming days and weeks, we’ll continue to improve this and make it even more powerful.
We’re also introducing the ability for you to choose exactly what fields of information to include in text messages. You’ll notice that we’ve reduced the size of messages to allow more room for call details also.
