Listed below are a few of the changes we made to Towbook this past week – keep in mind that more changes and updates are on the way. Also, keep those ideas and suggestion coming!
1) The ability to record multiple payments was added this week for impounds. This helps when a customer wants to pay with a credit card and cash.
2) We made it easier to manage commissions by updating how you set up commissions in the settings area.
3) Navigation updates were made to the settings area of Towbook so setting up trucks and drivers is simplified.
4) We added Service Vehicles as an additional Truck Type in Towbook.
5) Some minor updates were made to the file upload features in Towbook.
