Thanks for tuning in to the Towbook Week 12 product updates!
Listed below are some of the changes we made in Towbook this past week. Many more changes are on the way and please keep those ideas and suggestion coming!
1) Impound Reminders. We released a completely new Impound Reminder feature in Towbook that reminds you when it’s time to send out paperwork or notify agencies.
2) Updated Impound Search Page. We updated and simplified the Impound search screen.
3) Towbook now displays an Icon if there is a photo associated with an impound record.
4) We added an Icon that displays if there are any notes on an impound record.
